The Body Shop British Rose Exfoliating Gel Body Scrub Review

Inlove with roses? Well, I am. My friends always know that my favorite scent on earth is rose. I don’t know why. Maybe because i feel calm and elegant at the same time.

I was so happy when I got this as a price during Mikki Galang’s 5th Blogversary flatlay contest. The Body Shop launched a complete British Rose collection and this was one of the products I really wanted to try.

The British Rose scent is clean, refreshing, not over-powering and gives a romantic vibe instantly. As per their website, British Rose is made with organic roses from The Body Shop’s rose farm in England. The petals are air dried and infused with mountain water to create the rose essence as the base of all the products in the collection.

The Exfoliating Gel Body Scrub has real rose petals in it! And I admire the consistency. It is like jelly. So soft and just melts on your skin. Unlike other body scrubs that has a tendency to be too harsh, this one is really petal soft.

How to use? I just apply it to my damp skin and gently scrub it in a circular motion. Make sure to rinse thoroughly after.

My thoughts? I use this 2-3 times a week and I feel my skin is velvet smooth in an instant. I am so inlove with the scent that I want to buy the body butter to pair with this.

Price: Around 900php for 253g, The Body Shop
