So I’ve been using the Bench nose strips for my whole life until Korean Beauty invaded my world. If you’ve noticed, Korean girls are almost poreless perfect beauties. So no wonder how can we Pinays can be easily sold by products that claim to unclog and minimize our pores.
Going back, nose packs works exactly like the nose strips we all grown with. The only difference is that it is cream type that you can precisely apply to your nose area and it dries up so you can peel it off. The positive side of this form is that it can adjust to the shape of your nose unlike the strips who has a standard pattern, size and shape.
As per the label, iWhite Nose Pack can be used on oil-prone areas like the nose area and the T-zone to minimize the appearance of pores and excess oil for a clear, smooth and radiant skin.
Contains natural active ingredients and Vitamins A, C, and E that helps:
- Soothe skin while effectively stripping off dirt
- Tightens pores
- Improve skin texture
How to use?
After cleansing, apply generous amount on the desired area. The packaging says that you need to wait 15minutes before peeling it off. Based on my experience, it dries completely for more than 15minutes. So I just wait to feel it harden before I peel it off upward, starting from the base.
The packaging also tells that for best results, you can use it for 2-4 times a week. Me, I use it only once a week.
Active Ingredients: Mulberry Root Extract, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Aloe Vera LEaf Extract
I usually buy the sachet version for Php18 each/ 3.5ml which me and my husband shares. We found it good in stripping off our blackheads and whiteheads. And hey, pretty amazing for the price. There is a slight chemical scent that is quiet tolerable for my liking.
One day, trying to be practical, I did a small math. The tube shown above contains 50ml of the product for Php199. I thought that it will save me more since the sachet for 3.5ml x 14 sachets = 49ml, and 14sachets x Php18= Php252. So I was thinking that I will save around Php50 when I just go for the tube.
And there’s where I made a mistake. After less than 2 weeks, I noticed that the product that is coming out of the tube changed its texture. It starts to freaking crumble and dry! It can’t be used any longer because it now unevenly applies. And no, I didn’t let the cap open. I made sure to close it tightly every after use. Also, I never tried to leave it open while I apply the product. That only means, it is really sensitive even to the slightest contact with air. Instead of saving, I have to throw it out now because it had became pretty useless. Lesson learned, if you want to buy this product just go for the sachets because it’s conveniently packed for just one usage.
