I started wearing makeup when I was in high school. Not really in an everyday basis but whenever I feel like to. I was even scolded by one of my teachers for too much eyeliner and blush on.Like most students who just rely on their weekly allowance, I’m only capable of buying the most affordable products I can get.
Now, I’ll be showing you the first items I remember purchasing myself.
Avon Clear Mascara. Basically where everyone I know started. I love that it just holds the curl of my lashes, nothing more. I even used it for one school year (10months). I still don’t have the idea about expiration dates then.
ELF blush. I can’t really remember the exact shade because I don’t pay that much attention about it before. All I know is it is a bit coral. I wear so much that I look worse than Pikachu.
Ponds Daily Facial Wash. I just got into the hype. I see my friends using this and I just copied them. No other explanation or reason. I remember breaking out so bad and still used it because I don’t know any other brand. I eventually switched to Clean and Clear after I finished the big tube from Ponds.
Revlon lipstick in Cherries in the Snow. The first lipstick purchase I made for myself that I feel like I spent too much. My mom used to give me loreal lippies and I bought Nichido and Ever Bilena lipstick, but it seems like this is the one that marked my maturity as a makeup lover.
