VMV Hypoallergenics Skintangible BBBB Cream Review

My skin has always been moody. There are months that I am completely pimple free and there were also those times where I almost cry because zits are popping non-stop here and there.

So this product was purchased during my best days. Just because I feel that my skin needs to breathe and a light coverage base is enough for everyday use.

According to the packaging:
It is skin refining non-makeup (skintelligent beauty)
barely there, dewlightful multi-use, I can’t put my finger on it finish

I love the packaging! The box is printed with soy-based ink on 50% recycled and chlorine free paper. It is also a glue free box. They have extended their nature -loving goals up to the presentation itself.

The 30ml product is housed in a glass bottle with a pump opening.

The BBBB cream is scentless and has a very blendable formula. It also has SPF 30! It also comes in one shade, very typical with other BB creams in the market. The beauty advisor told me that it fits any skin tone and adapts well to your skin undertone.

My thoughts?

The cream can be too watery when you pump it out of the bottle. I like it in a way that it spreads easily and evenly on the skin without putting too much effort. The product is indeed dewy! If you are a fan of the moist but not oily look, you may want to try this one. It also has a good staying power and does not contribute to oil production.

Dark spots and discoloration not covered

However, it does not give any coverage. Meaning, if you have dark spots or any discoloration, you need to use a concealer on it. The photo above obviously shows that I have uneven skin tone and pimple marks.

Since I am currently dealing with post acne marks, I use this mainly as a primer for some days I don’t want to use sunscreen. Other times, I use it alone but with a heavy usage of concealer.

Tip: Use a dewy setting spray to maintain the dewy effect after topping with powder.

Overall, I think this is a great product if you have a good skin. If you don’t (like me), you can still get this and use it when you need a break from heavy makeup. I love that it is natural-looking and does not yield any white cast even though there is a good amount of SPF in it.

  1. Its good that it is environment friendly and yes I can use it on days that I want my skin to breathe freely. But then I find it quite pricey so I might look for better alternatives πŸ˜„
